Company failed to send product that was ordered

On June 1, 2020 I placed an order for a lace front braided wig with Express Wig Braids.com for a ready to ship wig. The total price for the wig was 209.00 so I paid. June 2, 2020 I received a follow up e-mail from a sales representative saying that they had received my order a thanks but no shipping date/tracking number, I found this to be odd since most on-line companies usually furnish this information quickly once an order is placed with the company. In the coming weeks I would reach customer service only by going through their on-line web site and they would all ways give me a response that didn't make since, such as telling me I should have read their policies on their website in regards to processing and shipment times before I ordered and even went so far as to say that I was well aware of their procedures and had agreed with their procedures prior to ordering. Mind you, their deceptive crap is written in a jumbled mess at the bottom of their website. Needless to say, July 20, 2020 after about a month and 2 weeks, a soiled,crumpled envelope sealed with scotch tape arrived. When I opened the packaging, I was horrified! Not only had they sent me the wrong wig, the ratty glued together wig had a putrid horrible odor coming from it. I was greatly disappointed with what I had received and I knew without a sliver of doubt that I had been duped! Upon closer inspection of the packaging I realized that it had been shipped without a packing slip/return label. I could not even ship this piece of garbage back to it's rightful owner' However I could take photos to document my experience in order to warn other unsuspecting customers. I promptly let this company know how dis-pleased I was with what they had sent me, Shame on you Express Wig Braids! for taking advantage of the very community that supports you!
