An online order to be picked up at the store yielded problems with availability. This was a wasted 25 mile round trip. Personnel at the store were rude and uncaring. Wife carried out 30 pounds of dog food without an assist. Request for curbside pick up were ignored. Conversation at the call center to discuss the situation took over an hour with only marginal results. Multiple requests to connect with a regional manager were unsuccessful. A letter written to the CEO almost a month ago has not been responded to as of this date. There are other choices. Why shop PETCO? User's recommendation: Shop elsewhere.
