Company does not honor their warranty and gives you the run around

Had six windows installed about 6 months ago. One trim piece was messed up and another window had a defect in the glass that was very noticeable... anyway it has been two months since I notified the company about these issues.... nothing has been done, always get the run around when I call to ask what the delay is.... they told me that the part was ordered a month ago ... but no follow up from company User's recommendation: Do not use this company... go with a reputable company.
