Washington Gas went into my yard without consent, damaged the fence and changed out the meter. Then when they went to put on the gas again none of the gas appliances worked. They told me I have to get all the appliances repaired or replaced. They tried to insinuate that they were not working before, however, I asked if that was the case why was I getting a bill for gas if none of the appliances worked. I’m still waiting for them to respond. They have been rude, untruthful, and at one point was trying to bully me.
