COMPANY COMPLAINING ABOUT A CUSTOMER
I WORK AT THIS LAWNMOWER REPAIR PLACE HAD A CUSTOMER GET PISSED AT ME ON THE PHONE FOR TELLING HIM THERE IS A CHARGE OF $25 FOR OUR MECHANIC TO DIAGNOIS THE MOWER BUT THE MECHANIC HAS TO BE PAID FOR HIS TIME. CUSTOMER TOLD US WHAT HE SAID WAS WRONG BUT THE MECHANIC FOR MORE WRONG WITH IT SO IT IS SO NICE TO BE SWORE AT WITH ALL THE BAD WORDS IN THE BOOK AND THE CUSTOMER CALLS YOU A CROOK AND YOU TRY TO EXPLAIN WHAT THE MECHANIC FOUND AND CUSTOMER WOULD NOT LISTEN-IT WOULD BE NICE IF CUSTOMERS WOULD UNDERSTAND
