Harpertom misrepresented it was shipping two books I ordered. Instead, it downloaded the books via email. I was duped! I called the number listed for Harpertom. No one answered the phone nor has anyone called me, responding to my complaint. I do hope the company sees fit to call me and resolve my issue. I will advise you if it does. I would say Harpertom is disreputable. Barnes & Noble is not.
