I have bought bar chairs from the company www.westelm.com, but the company charged me twice for the shipping. I noticed it only on the next day, when I checked the account. I sent the email and told that money was taken twice, but the staff didn’t react and I have no idea how to return the sum. The price was the delivery was about $50, so I would love to get it back. Help me.
