For 20 plus yrs we have been paying for a maintenance plan. We had the replacement plan, used it to replace the heater and knew someday the air conditioner would quit. We’ve paid in 16,000 to a plan we were counting on. Yesterday I am told by a service tech the plan was cancelled November 2018. So why was I paying for a plan for so long for them to just say “oh we don’t do that anymore.” That’s 16,000 that I could of put in saving to pay for several air conditioning units. But we didn’t worry because Black Hills would take care of us. So where is our refund for 20 plus yrs of paying into a plan that got cancelled ?
