Company Abuse of a paying customer.

Update by user Oct 28, 2019 Loss was 277,000 because of the drop in my credit score for your mistake causing me to lose my credit score that is allowing me to close on my property. All GM need to do was admit they made a mistake and let the credit industry know so they could adjust return credit score Original review posted by user Oct 28, 2019 I made a payment over the phone and got a confirmation number. Later that month I got a late payment notice on my credit. The employee of GM transposed the bank account number and GM will not send the message over to the credit firms to remove the late payment. The funds were in the account and there was no reason for the payment not to be made. I co-signed for a person and they have not made one payment. So to keep my credit in good standings I make them. Now they have put a late payment on my credit. It needs to be removed.
