This is one of the ### company I ever worked. The HR Persons working in this company will never be good to anybody who works in Offshore as well as Onsite. They are totally JERK!!! Problems I've faced... You won't get relieving letter when you want to come out of the company even after 5 years you worked there. Almost all the HR persons are running with too much EGO as if they are the one who is running the entire IT industry. You won't get the proper salary in proper time. Unnecessary deductions without no reasons. All the HR managers, Sales Managers are cheating the employees whenever they found some possibilities. They often think about the politics than company growth. At least at this point Vedant Jhaver needs to get involve in micro level management activities atleast for some time. So that in future he can come and sit in the company for some time. Otherwise, we will have good lodge in Alwarpet!!!
