Hi. I am Physically Disabled and most of the time I have great experience with cashiers. They are helpful. However, the customer service at Hunger ford Drive is a disaster!!! Even if I want to ask a simple question they act like I am a burden. Specially the Asian Lady. Today, I went to return the items that my friend had purchased by mistake. The Asian Lady, whispered in her co-worker's ear and the elder lady looked at me like a victim. She told her, don't worry! I also needed to buy shampoo and sanitary pads from Giant but I didn't have enough money therefore, I asked the elder lady to gave me Store Credit instead of putting money back to Food Stamp. She didn't care and said, NO! I am never shopping from Giant!!!!!
