we have always had good results communicating with Paramount - if you leave a message, Fabian gets back to you & is pleasant. further, time estimates for completion have been kept & the company is more then generous in explaining the chroming procedure - quite a bit more time & effort in servicing a motorcycle rim then i anticipated - again , Fabian took the time on a saturday to explain the process even though it was 6:45pm eastern standard time & Paramount is in california & they still answer the phone after 3pm i will tell my customers this is the facility we will deal with when needing quality, wheel chroming in a timely manner at a reasonable cost.
