Communication seems to be ignored

3

Have had Nationwide supply my CPAP supplies for several years. I have Medicare and they have been shipping against this account. On occasion, someone has made a decision to change the CPAP nose pillow configuration. Although it takes sometime to get used to different fits and configurations, these changes are made without any communication with the user. You get what you get and good luck to you. Over the past year or so, Nationwide has changed the nose pillow holder to an Airfit P10 Frame (Large). It took awhile to make sure that I was getting the correct size pillows. The frame (62923) has come to me with the grey elastic head gear attached and some times it comes with short 3-4 inch hard plastic pieces with no head gear. The hard plastic pieces do not make the frame usable. The elastic head gear piece is small and can't cost over $ 5.00 but it is missing half the time making the unit unusable. Have communicated this via phone and on the reorder list. Someone is doing a poor job looking at the communication between patient and supplier.
