Contacted numerous times with a response that I would receive a call concerning a new CPAP because a replacement was required. No call backs, despite promises, and very poor commitment to customers. If you have an option do business with a competitor that offers better service. Apria sets the low bar, so exceeding their customer service would be very simple.
