Eltman, Eltman & Cooper with Erin Capital Management commit illegal collection actions to make money on old charged-off credit cards; they purchase from other debt collection agencys, obtain credit reports on consumers with old credit card debts that's been charged-off and they will file a lawsuit and serve you with alternative servive at your previous address so that they can show the court that as if you never responded, when you already living at another place. They will request for a default judgment against you even though you've never been physically served nor been contacted by mail at your current address, because they show the court that you were served at your previous address and can just leave the documents to whoever lives at your previous address. This is their strategy and numerous consumers including myself have been violated and currently filing a lawsuit against them. You have to file a lawsuit, as you are not the only person that have been violated. As for people making comments about being dead beats and paying bills, well that person most likely would only say that if they work for this firm. And this person probably have experienced and not know how it feels to experience being terminated from your job so that the company would not have to pay for your medical insurance because you have been diagnosed with a pre-cancer illness that requires immediate surgery in order to save my life. If you get sick and lose your job, have no income and can't work until you get better from your illness,you can't even get another job because you are too sick to work, so then you can't pay your mortgage, car loan and credit cards. So I guess getting over stressed from your and get terminated for being diagnosed with pre-cancer makes me a dead beat because I lose my job and don't have to pay my bills. Well thank you very much. I hope you don't get sick and lose your job 2 days after you are diagnosed with pre-cancer illness.
