I witness a pick up of a friend tv by two colorTyme employees because he couldn't keep up with his payment. That was not a problem and very normal according to their policy. But what is wrong is that , My friend has been sue for not returning the tv and he doesn't know how to prove that the tv has been picked up by two colorTyme employees because that day he didn't ask for a return notice.He just have me as a witness. He can't afford a lawyer and doesn't know what to do.
