On aug8th 2016 we called for our interview for SNAP benefits in coloradosprings we were on hold for 2hrs.when the lady named jessica answered she hung up on us,we tried to call back immediately but we were on hold again for more than an hour,we finally gave up.they're customer service SUCKs
