Collection Department Fraudulent action

Dear ADCB, I was your Customer for how many years. Last year, I have experienced Salary reduction at 50% from April to August then I lost my job. Since then collection Department was calling me and I was seeking for help until one day I was asked to forward my reduction letter and untill now have no reply. November 2020 I got a new job, of course I have to adjust, too many liabilities. I didn't get the salary I was expected because of covid 19. This new job salary contract was forwarded again as they were requested. But untill now NO HELP. I ask collection Dept help for the settlement and one of the guy said settlement was approved and already settled to pay principle amount I paid 400 and they asked 1k aed and until one day another collector is calling again telling me that it was not settled and nothing was happen. Can you explain pls. My CREDIT to my Credit card was only 8k plus now it's 16k + AED... I CANT PAY NOW.. I NEED SETTLEMENT to pay it monthly..the real person that can help my..ANY HELP.. send me on my email plssss... I have also family and grandmother and grandfather who needs my help. Thanks
