Collection calls to wrong number

We have gotten robo-calls for two years from these jokers. They are apparently looking for the person who had this phone number before it was issued to our business over two years ago. We have told them four times that no one here is the person they want or knows them and there is no connection other than that they appear to have had a Verizon cell phone at some point and so do we. But they call from a series of cell phone numbers in Portsmouth, filling our voicemail so we cannot get calls meant for our non-profit organization. It is really frustrating. Now reporting all calls to Do-Not-Call as calls from robo-callers who have been told not to call. Also sending a cease call letter to the Florida address and another collection agency with a similar name in Chicago. But telling them that we have no connection to the person they are seeking does not seem to have been enough and it should be enough. When the number was disconnected and re-issued to a third party randomly, there is no way they should expect us to find their debtor for them. Their actions are illegal and unethical and should be stopped.
