Coinbase Case #0659**** – my account was compromised and was hacked

my account was compromised and was hacked in and all of my login information has been changed by the hacker. I tried to coordinate with Coinbase, but the only way to contact them was through help@***.com and they assumed I was having login problems and kept sending emails to restore my account. unfortunately the hackers changed my email and I never got any emails to correct the problem. i tried to explain to Coinbase, but there virtual agent just kept on sending me the same response. In the interim, the hackers withdrew money from several accounts, PayPal,US Bank,(which I Disputed due to fraud) and I'm still monitoring Arizona Federal Credit Union, but so far no withdrawals have been made. I believe that Coinbase finally closed the account, because of all the disputed transactions with the financial institutions stated above. The issue/problem now is that Coinbase still has all my money and I can't get access to my account. They have started to ignore all my email requests to resolve this problem after my 6th request with no responses, and that is after they were responding with the same information to secure my account back, sending me an email that I never got. Please help me secure my account and money. Thanks so much. User's recommendation: I got zero responses using pissed consumer.
