The coil over kit your company sent me does not fit my 2012 VW Tiguan. I was guaranteed they would fit but when I took it over to the Niello VW dealership service department they said the rear coil over kit does not fit. I am getting the run around with your customer service and I need this to be taken care of ASAP as I now have no car and I'm being told that it's going to take 4-5 days!!? I have to go to work and now I don't know how I'm going to do that as Niello VW has my car up on a ramp because of YOUR mistake . I sent pics over to customer service email as requested. This should be priority. Your company is shady to me and if I don't receive an answer I will seek legal advice and report you to the Better Business Bureau and Auto Bureau.
