*SOLVED

I ordered the coffee maker. The water holder leaked and the carafe was in the locked position and it wouldn't unlock.I called and they did offer to send replacement parts BUT when you pay a lot of money for a product you expect it to work so I declined.I took it to the post office and ended up paying $29.39 to return a broken product so I could get a refund for a product that didn't work.Never again will I order from Nuwave. I don't feel I should be responsible to return their broken product.Now I'm out almost $30.00 because Nuwave wouldn't pay for there broken product to be returned.
