I talked with Cody on the phone about a listing he had and he was very unprofessional and dishonest. He tried telling me that he paid more for a property than what was listed on the assessors web page as the sells price. When I explained that reporting a different sells price to the assessorthan the actual sells price would be illegal, he then stated that maybe that the price listed on the assessors web page was correct. Guy is not a straight shooter and I would run far away.
