The person that originally installed tankless had set dip sticks incorrectly and kept throwing codes. I called the tech support and they quickly walked me through the settings over the phone which is a challenge in itself. Within 10 minutes we had solved the problem. The original installer set it to propane instead of natural gas. Problem solved. Thank you Rinnai. User's recommendation: Get ahold of tech support they know their products.
