My kids bought me a large tot for mother’s day last year and the Zipper is broken. I only used it a few times because shortly after they gave it to me ... the zipper broke. My kids saved their money to surprise me on Mother’s Day ‘s only to be disappointed... I will be bringing my coach bag to be repaired at my local cobbler... They I’ll charge me 25.00 and I will not be purchasing anything from coach anymore. . Lousy craftsmanship.
