co didn't respond to and mail after an hour and 15 mins on the phone I got connected to find out that to return it I have to pay for shipping which it'll cost me $68.00 . Its a con job, you get crabby product and you left holding the bag, its either keep the darn oven or throw away $68.00, also the oven design doesn't make sense for their recommendations "not to cover with foil , don't let food spill to the burners" it's not practical! User's recommendation: buyer beware.
