I had a very positive relationship with CNAC when disability check was one week late.The people at the finance company were very understanding and gave me the time I needed to catch up on my payment.It was the first time I was ever late.The CNAC representative was polite and a professional women and so was the manager. As far as over paying for a vehicle that's just the way it is. You are always going to pay above book value for a used car. J.D. Byrider sold me a very nice little sedan that of course I paid too much for but that's OK ,I accept that.
