I ordered online and went to the Maplewood, MN store to pick up my food. I waited 15 minutes for a single car to get their food. When I got to the window they immediately handed me my food (cold by now) and I complained. The manager offered me a free entree on my next entree so I waited for my coupon but no one came to the window for five minutes so I left. I cannot understand why it is too difficult to ask a car to pull forward when their food is not ready so everyone else does not have to wait. McDonalds does it. Burger King does it. Why can't Noodles? And the manager's behaviour was just plain rude. Suffice to say I'm done with Noodles. I deleted my app. I will never go near that restaurant again. User's recommendation: Go to Noodles only if you don't mind slow and discourteous service.
