I have lived here since 2012 and am leaving ASAP. I have lived with Ants, Mold, Condoms, vomit(twice) and blood being found outside my front door. Ants and mold inside my apartment. Management has addressed this issue with a bucket of water, no more. In addition to, my neighbors have harbored a sex offender that has failed to register in their apartment. Management has done nothing. He is STILL there! Longmont police arrested him for failure to register, but he is released on bail awaiting his day in court. Neither pool is open and it is mid June with excessive heat. They claim there was glass in the pool. There was a very foul smell coming from it, and it has been closed for over 3 weeks. It takes a pool vac and a hose to get glass out of the water. Seriously! They sent me an offer to renew my lease with a rent increase of over 33%. NO WAY would I ever live here again!
