I placed two orders with Tillys and every item I ordered had an issue. Ordered a yellow midi dress put it on hole in pocket. Second dress the strap was broke. Third dress buttons missing. The first dress I sewed the hole myself. The second dress I sent back and had my girlfriend who lives in California go to the store and check out the dress and purchase for me. The third dress I sewed the buttons on myself. They have cute clothes but I don’t think I should be sewing all these brand new clothes. And returning is a hassle since they don’t have an online exchange policy . Won’t be ordering from them again.
