I received a notice that my BP account was closed. I called Synchrony bank and they said I will receive a letter within 10 business days in reference to the reason why my account was closed.I explained that I have had my BP account since 1988 and never missed a payment and never been late.So why was my account closed ? My credit has increased this year so why would they closed my BP account? This is frustrating because its my only gas card.I just paid my acct off and had a zero balance and havent used my card in 2 months and Im wondering is thats the reason it was closed. User's recommendation: I don’t like the way Synchrony treats their customers and wouldn’t recommend anyone to do business with them because obviously you will get penalized for paying on time and having a zero balance.
