I have ordered 3 things in the last 6 months or so. I am on disability so I don't have a lot of money to spend. The 3 items I have purchased have been cancelled I thought someone had got into my account somehow and was canceling them. I just called QVC to see what was going on if they could see who was canceling my stuff the lady looks it up and told me my account was closed and I have no idea why. I rarely return anything because I try to find someone that could use it. This really peaves me to the utmost. I never got a letter, a text message, a call nothing this was the first I had even heard about it. They can keep their crap I am done with them. User's recommendation: Becareful they can cancel you for no apparent reason and you could be unaware of what is going on.
