I went there to seek help for treating a massive rash and itching caused by the Poison Ivy. The nurse check me as normal, then gave me one tube of crème. Additional to (Pills) to be used for 6 days. I show the nurse that both of my arms and belly and stomach covered with bloody rash. The nurse gave me 30 grams of Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream USP. The next morning the entire tube was finished and used as the itchy area was too large and spreaded in large area of my skin, requiring re fill the crème. I call the Hy Vee clinic, and I was told that No Re Fill. At the time of the service, I was not told there will be no Re Fill, If I know that, I had left to another service. User's recommendation: Be sure to go to Urgent Care Service who can follow up and re fill your subscription of drug.
