“Client 1st Llc” Really? — No Chance

This company would be more appropriately named if they were called “Client Last.” The poor customer service I experienced is some of the worst I’ve come across. A technician named Chris from this company, charged me $75 for a service call in which he was unable to complete the repair, he repeatedly said it was a simple repair and that he could definitely get my dishwasher taken care of - he just needed to order a part that he could get quickly “I’ll have the part tomorrow” he said -- It is now two weeks later... He made two appointments with me to put the part in and was a no-show both times. I continued to call him and text him to figure out what went wrong -- he did not return or reply to calls and text messages. Just Wow! That is definitely not a CLIENT FIRST company -- I now feel he had no intention of doing any work for me at all -- his aim was just to collect a bogus $75 service call fee and that’s all...
