This is an absolutely horrible company! I started service on September 5, 2017 and I cancelled that service the same day. I was then charged $40 several weeks later, when I called to complain the rep was not helpful and told me that although it was their mistake there was nothing she could do and eventually hung up on me. I called back and spoke to another rep who informed me the refund process was initiated and I would receive the refund in 3-5 days. A week later I called again because I still had not received the money, and the rep I spoke to said it was initiated but could actually take 3-10 days. He advised me to wait a few more days and call my bank. Now, almost 3 weeks from the charge date I call my bank who informs me there has been no refund sent so I call the customer service number again. Now the rep I spoke to said the refund was never even initiated and that there was nothing he could do. This company is a bunch of thieves and liars. I have worked customer service my entire life and have never received service as horrible as this. I will be posting my story on every site possible and will be reporting them as fraud to the BBB.
