Clerical reps lie just to get you off the line and they do not enter your needs into the computer. I have been on telephone most of day trying to get their help. spoken to three different reps

I explained that I've had two deaths, my husband and a brother since Thanksgiving and behind in my duties. Must have a letter from them that i have a Medicare Advantage Plan through Humana and was promised it would go out today via email with cc to me as deadline is 12/31/20don. Have waited all day for confirmation and none in my email. My last call for the day started at 3:30 and it's now 6 pm. Last rep said there are no notes whatsoever in the computer of my calls AND, they are never allowed to fax or email confirmation letters! Their sign on app. is so unfriendly so I can't log on either! I feel desperate. I may possibly lose my Life Ins. I purchased years ago thru my Nationwide Ins. so my children could bury me. User's recommendation: buy your insurance elsewhere!
