Roy was so nice and understanding when my clear fx microdermabrasion machine stop working on me. I called him and he told me to mail it to him and he would fix it for me. I got it back 1 week later and it runs like brand new. Roy is very nice and I will continue business with him forever. Thank you so much Roy for helping me save my business
