Cleared dues , money deducted , still not settled

I have cleared my outstanding of 1000. I received a message stating that my dues r cleared. Money being deducted from my ac. After few minutes I again receive a message stating that dues could not be cleared , money will be refunded within 7 days. Now how do I clear my dues. I m getting legal sms regarding this .
