Class ring order
Good afternoon, I chose Jared Jewelers to order my daughters class ring from because of the quality of jewelry that you make and because of your reputation. Now my daughter will not have her class ring when she graduates at home because the graduation ceremony was cancelled. Shes having it all taken from her when its supposed to be one of the most exciting times in her life. When I originally placed the order I went four hours from my home to the Jared Store in Atlanta. The sales clerk forgot to put my daughters name on the inside of the band so she had the ring sent to the store. That was already an issue because I live four hours away but I dealt with it because I wanted her ring to be perfect. Now the store is closed indefinitely and I no longer work for the same company I did when I placed the order so my email and phone number has changed. I was informed today that my contact information can not be updated and Ill just have to wait for the store to reopen to receive my daughters ring. This is totally unacceptable. The customer service representative was very rude and I just dont see how a company of your stature can allow this to happen. Please let me know what can be done to try and salvage something of my daughters graduation or how I get a refund to get it somewhere else. Sincerely, Maria Butler
