Class action suit pending!!!!

Upon research, I discovered a law firm in Californian has begun a class action lawsuit again EF INSTITUTE FOR CULTURAL EXCHANGE, INC. Please visit classaction.org. I did not cancel. EF sent me and email stating my child's excursion was cancelled due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
