clasp broke on necklace bought this year for valentine’s day.

On January 21, 2019, my husband bought a heart shaped necklace from you. He bought it thru paypal. Reference number 4496. I had it for about two weeks and the clasp broke on it. I cannot wear it like it is so I want to know what can you do for me. Could you repair it for me. It has both of our names on it. It cost $113.96 so it should have lasted longer than it did. My husband name is Morris Monkus.
