Dear sir, My name is Raymond, a consumer of Ariston from Hubei, China. My wife purchased a set of CLAS X for our House on Oct., 2017, One of asudden it stopped working a couple of days ago. We called the after Sale service of Ariston immediately, they came up and told us the PCB board was damaged, charged us 1810 rmb without negotiation. we are feeling bad comparing to our purchasing experience when buying other brands. We doubt your quality is not lasting for 3 years and the over charging of the maintenance cost. Attached the bill from customer center, I Hope you can give us a proper explaintion about your quality warranty, and over charging on a single pcb board.
