Claims they did not receive my pay stubs etc
Had Cigna Health thru the Obama care in 2017 - in November we had to reapply so we did - faxed everything they asked for in a very timely manner and now Marketplace said they did not get them. We have proof that it was sent & received by them but now they are refusing to reinstate my policy and said "there is nothing they can do" WHY oh WHY did the government do this to us? Now I am without health insurance - where do I go to appeal this and get some help getting it straightened out. The Marketplace reps are so rude and will not help in anyway.
