Claims dhib rcbc card elite family protect

This regarding my DHIB claims for family elite program. I've already completed the requirements and was able to send last August 17. And still, until now no feedback yet. I've emailed for 3rd time and try to reach via the customer hotline number but the line is going thru a system maintenance for several weeks. A feedback is very much important for me. The burden of of after being hospitalized and still put my best effort to complete the requirements and yet even a feedback or acknolwdgement was not given to me. Diana Palomo
