Claimed my husband was bankrupt and is not.

I had filed bankrupty because I have problems in a foreclorsure. My husband is not on the deed of home and not on any of my credit cards. They went to his social and They had no rightcancelled his two credit cards and claimed him bankrupt.I have a lawyer for this my bankrupty and they had no rights. I want to file a lawsuit
