Purchased three of 1800vending RS-800/850 machines, the machines are no longer supported and no one at the company will or can help with maintenance. They refer you to another company who never returns your call. You are stuck with a large machine that does not function, and no one will help. They want your money and do not support the customer. They may be selling some other equipment currently, remember they will not support you, technically; nor offer any options other than call the manufacturer. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS ORGANIZATION. I currently operate a successful vending business using Seaga Office Deli machines excellent company with solid support.
