we bought a house in February 2017. In march our loan was bought by Caliber home loans. Our mortgage was 1700 a month till Caliber bought and then Caliber raised our mortgage to 3,000 a month. We did not receive a call, no explanation till we called and asked. Caliber has no compassion, everyone is rude and hateful, they make stuff up about your loan. i would highly recommend you DO NOT get a loan with Caliber or you will be sorry! They need to be shut down asap. We are putting our story out in the local newspapers and hopefully on tv to get people aware!
