You’ve been charged twice for the same product – don’t trust them
I ordered a pair of workout shoes from StockX because the shoes my son wanted were not in stock on the Converse website. Two orders appeared in my account with different order numbers. As soon as I saw this, I immediately contacted the company to rectify the situation as I had only ordered ONE pair of shoes. The response I received from StockX was that they were very busy due to the high volume of orders. I then checked my bank account and was convinced that I had been charged for an additional order number I had not placed, totaling $361.50! Although I cannot send a picture of the bank statement, I am attaching a copy of the order confirmation for a pair of shoes.
