No response from Michael's whatsoever! Feb. 4/21Order or Contract ID: "CAN0223****" Michaels Canada's email address is not accessible and their chat was useless. This is the first time that I've ordered from Michaels. I picked up the order and drove 2 hours from Peterborough ON to Toronto ON to deliver it to a friend, a Professional Artist. Item 1) Uni-Ball WhiteSigno Broad wasn't in the package but was substituted with a Pentel Milky Pop pen that didn't even work. The other 2) items were pens, Uni-Ball Signo gold &;; silver are very poor quality and not suitable for a Professional Artist User's recommendation: DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED !
