Me and my husband have separate checking accounts at different banks. I have been with PNC for 30 years. They have allowed me to deposit checks that have me and my husbands name on the check many times. Today I was denied. I do not feel I was just someone that had had a bad experience or creditably at your bank. Being Ive been allowed before I feel I should not of been denied. I was only trying to deposit. With the frequency of your bank disappearing from my 50+ miles I drive to stay with your bank I will be finding another bank. Also a manager was suppose to follow back up with me but I never received a call. User's recommendation: Find a bank with tellers older than my vehicle.
